- Accuracy of Questions: Every effort will be made to ensure that the exam questions are free of errors. However, in the event of any discrepancies or mistakes, such questions will be excluded from the evaluation process.
- Communication: Quiz related notifications will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration. Candidates must ensure the email address is accurate and are advised to check their inbox regularly for updates.
- Verification for Prizes: Prizes will be awarded only after verifying the winners' names and addresses against their Aadhaar details.
- Registration Confirmation: You will receive the quiz link, along with your username and password, at your registered email address by April 4. For any queries, please contact our customer support at 7593098000.
- Connectivity: Please ensure you are using a high-speed, stable internet connection to avoid disruptions during the competition.
- Technical Policy: Please note that we cannot offer a second chance or a re-test if you face participation issues due to personal technical glitches or connectivity failures.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes regarding the competition, the decision of Mathrubhumi shall be final. Any further legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode only.
